​Open Class: Introduction to Hambone and Clogging
Class Description: This class concentrates on teaching basic hambone and clogging technique. These two American dance/music forms have a long history that began in the Southern Appalachian range and have been passed down from generation to generation. By the end of the class students will learn a hambone that then turns into a group clogging dance emphasizing the social aspect of these traditions.
