Concerto Presents: Syncopated; cool jazz for a hot summer night
Join Concerto Dance for an evening of dance that celebrates our signature style blending vernacular, theatrical, and classical jazz dance in a virtuosic, high energy and highly musical performance. The performance features audience favorites In Brubeck Time, a medley from Girls in the Band, and our latest work On Our Way among others. After the performance we invite the audience to stay and join us for some swing dancing! (Short lesson included)

Note: Seating is on a grassy hill, bring a blanket or lawn chair and don't forget bug spray!

Featuring Concerto Dance, Continental Ballet, and Threads Dance Project.
Masterclasses for youth and adults including ballet, jazz, modern, and hip-hop for Beginners - Adv. Professional concluding with a Black Box performance.

EDUCATION SERIES: WORKSHOPS & MASTERCLASSES FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS
INCLUDING JAZZ, BALLET, MODERN, & HIP HOP
12:30 - 5:30 P.M. - Free with a ticket to the performance or $10 for class only
Participates can choose up to 2 class options in an open level/beginner format or masterclasses geared for more experienced dancers.
Classes are open to Youth (ages 10-14) and Adults (ages 15 and up).
Register online with the ticket link or at the drop-in registration table day of class.
Space is limited. Participants under 18 must have a guardian signed waiver.
BLACK BOX PERFORMANCE
Featuring work by Concerto Dance, Continental Ballet and Threads Dance Project

Concerto Dance presents Two Suites, featuring two new works by Artistic Director Jolene Konkel, including a modern dance suite set to
Vivaldi’s Four Seasons reimagined, and a Swingin’ new jazz dance suite.

Annual Evening of Concert Dance at the Southern Theater​
Featuring a mixed repertoire of modern and jazz dance works driven by musicality and virtuosity aiming to uplift the human spirit. This season's program includes new works by nationally visiting guest artists Bill Wade and Brandi Coleman along with Artistic Director Jolene Konkel.
